"Pierre" African Grey Parrot "Pierre" eating watermelon brought by volunteers Jenni and Matt Konrad on a legendary now bygone "Social Saturday" which lasted for about a year.  Pierre is the most popular and best liked parrot at the sanctuary right by visitors. They like him because he makes a lot of mechanical sounds to attract and keep humans at his cage. He is a very social fellow and competes with Lucy for all the attention when people arrive!
